Top-end Inside the park Safari company

SKL Group of Camps' small camp on the Linyanti River: five Meru-style tents with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, beside SKL's public Linyanti campground. SKL's page has guests fly to Saile airstrip, then drive about two hours 'through Chobe National Park's heart', and offers game drives in the park; it does not say in one sentence that the camp itself is inside the boundary, and the placement here follows that description. Activities are game drives, birding and stargazing. SKL publishes no rate, open months or child policy, so this is a camp to ask about directly. Like its Savuti sister, it is sold as a simple, small camp.

What the park charges on top

The rate above buys you a bed. Chobe National Park charges its own entry fee for every day you are inside. Here is what that adds up to.

Park entryP270 a day for non-residents, roughly $20 at P13.5 to the dollar.
$20per person, per day
VehicleP115 a day for a foreign-registered vehicle, roughly $9 (P30 for a Botswana-registered or hired car).
$9per vehicle, per day

Three nights means three days inside, so two adults sharing one vehicle pay $147 in park fees before anyone pays for a bed.

Rates at Camp Linyanti

Rates on request. SKL publishes no rate, inclusions or open months for Camp Linyanti. The price band shown is set from its sister camp, Camp Savuti, which charges from US$655 per person per night fully inclusive in 2026; ask SKL for the Linyanti figure and what it covers.

What the rate covers is not confirmed. We do not know yet whether meals, drinks and activities are included, so read this as the bed only.

Every figure on this page is in US dollars.

Rates checked on 4 October 2026, per person per night sharing, from each property's own website or rate sheet where one is published. Desert & Delta, Belmond, &Beyond, Bush Ways, Machaba and several Kasane lodges publish none, so those figures come from two resellers, chobe.com and the Siyabona network (safari.co.za), and are marked as a reseller rate; the houseboat and Ichingo figures from chobe.com are in South African rand. SKL's campsite table is undated. Kwando Safaris, African Bush Camps and several smaller lodges publish no rates at all. Park entry is P270 per non-resident per day for a private visitor and P190 on an operator's activity, and many Kasane packages leave it out, so check what your rate includes.

Questions about Camp Linyanti

Is Camp Linyanti inside Chobe National Park?

Most likely. SKL's page has guests drive two hours through the park to reach it, sets it on the Linyanti River next to SKL's Linyanti campground in the park, and offers game drives in the park. No single sentence on the page says the camp is inside the boundary, so confirm with SKL if it matters to you.

How do you get to Camp Linyanti?

SKL's page describes a flight of about 90 minutes to Saile airstrip, then a drive of about two hours through the park. Ask SKL whether transfers are included, because no rate or inclusions are published.

Is Camp Linyanti good for families?

We found no published child policy for Camp Linyanti. SKL accepts children from two at Camp Savuti, but that policy is printed for Savuti only, so ask SKL what applies here.
